Housed in Compact Industrial Grade Enclosures:

  • The enclosure will accommodate an optional built-in servo amplifier as well as operator control switches, which are installed on the front panel. This package also includes drive motors with encoders (2 or 3 axis), gearboxes and cabling.
  • A large and bright 12" TFT SVGA high-resolution color flat panel display shows every detail of processing in real-time.
  • Industrial grade machine operation control switches are ergonomically clustered below the display.
  • An 8-position joystick (for manual movement of the machine) and feedrate override potentiometer are all within easy reach.
  • The industrial grade retractable keyboard with armrest completes the controller design.

Sequentially Programmable I/O

  • The default cutting methods are preset to support oxy-fuel cutting, as well as cutting with two different plasma systems (example. high definition plasma and standard plasma). Optional waterjet and router are also available.
  • ProMotion iCNC Controls can handle 3 additional cutting tools, such as line and punch marking and a drill.
  • Timing diagrams and active I/O signals can easily be modified at the installation site to meet the demands of varying applications.
